News Bulletin from the Poster Front

Comrades!

Thanks again for your patience, the initial demand for the posters was so high that our local printer didn’t have enough paper stock to fulfill our first order. The good news is they were nice enough to upgrade our prints to Premium Matte with only a minor delay. If you’re not a paper stock enthusiast basically this just means that you’ll be getting higher quality paper that’s slightly thicker to make framing that much easier. Having spent maybe a bit too much time inspecting each print I couldn’t be more pleased and while the attached photos don’t exactly do them justice, you won’t have to wait too much longer. We’ll begin shipping by the end of next week.

Thanks again for your support comrades!

The Dawn of Victory Store is Live!

Comrades!

I am thrilled to announce the Dawn of Victory store is now live! The past few weeks of sharing our poster designs has been amazing and I can't wait for you to get your hands on them!

But a few things to note first.

If you haven't already, check out our Facebook page where we've posted some discount codes that could save you a lot of money, especially if you're thinking about getting all four posters.

Also, please be aware that to ensure a high level of quality, these posters are being printed locally in Calgary Alberta instead of being done through an online service. This way we can keep an eye on the finished product and make sure it lives up to the level of quality you expect. It does mean however that printing can take a little longer. We hope to have these posters printed, packaged and shipped by early January at the latest. You'll be receiving a confirmation email when your order is shipped, so you won't be kept in the dark.

Thank you all so much for supporting Dawn of Victory! Seeing your reactions to the poster designs as we released them one by one has been very exciting and has already made this whole effort worth it. Although if you want to buy a poster that would be great too.

And a special thanks to the amazing artist Giorgio Grecu who brought to life the great capitals of the Orion Arm! Working with him on these posters was a fantastic experience, and the results clearly speak for themselves.

So that's it! Enjoy!

Art Print #4: Leningrad

“Leningrad is the fiery heart of the Soviet Union. A constant reminder not only to the capitalists and fascists, and the tyrants and warlords, but to the oppressed peoples of the Orion Arm. A reminder that the flame of communism has never faltered, but burns with a deadly heat.”

The last in our series of four posters, a limited run of 50 prints of "Leningrad" will be available alongside Germania and Liberty and Setsujoku for sale on December 10th.

Art Print #3: Setsujoku

"Kyochuu is nothing less than an entire city consecrated to the worship of the Emperor and the State. Its gleaming skyscrapers stretch from horizon to horizon, blooming in the glorious present of the Empire and in its anticipated future. From orbit it is no less powerful, all of Setsujoku appears as an ocean of light."

Art Print #2: Liberty

"It was impossible to arrive on Liberty and not be swept up in the grandeur, the history, the overriding feeling that this is the place where legendary people of conviction met to save the soul of mankind. Of course, the longer I stayed the more cracks began to appear in the façade and it became easy to imagine that the National Cemeteries were full of long dead heroes and patriots who must be spinning in their grave over whatever new injustice of the day. Yet no matter how deep my cynicism ran, walking the avenues of Parliament Hill would always remind me that here, mighty things were possible."

The second in our series, a limited run of 50 prints of "Liberty" will be available alongside "Germania" for sale on December 10th through our online store.
